At Sharpal Inc., we stand behind our products and are proud to offer the following warranty.

3 YEARS GUARANTEE

SHARPAL products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the purchase date. This warranty excludes damage from misuse or alteration, normal wear and tear, and the natural diminishment of consumable items from regular use. Additionally, the warranty is valid only for non-industrial and non-commercial usage.

Limited Warranty

Sharpal Inc. warrants to the original owner that their products are free from defects in material and workmanship for its reasonable useful life. SHARPAL MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THE PRODUCT OF THE MERCHANTABILITY FOR FITNESS THEREOF FOR ANY PURPOSE. SHARPAL INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO NON-INDUSTRIAL OR NON-COMMERCIAL USE.
