Become a Dealer

Thank you for your interest in becoming an authorized SHARPAL dealer. To help us evaluate potential partnerships, please review the basic requirements below before submitting your application.

1. Established Business Applicant should be an established business that sells knives, sharpening tools, outdoor, hardware, woodworking, kitchen, garden, or related products.
2. Qualified Sales Channel Applicant should operate through a legitimate retail store, professional website, distributor network, or other approved sales channel that aligns with SHARPAL’s brand positioning and customer service standards.
3. Third-Party Marketplace Sellers SHARPAL generally does not offer wholesale or dealer accounts to businesses whose primary sales channel is third-party online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, AliExpress, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Rakuten, OTTO, Mercado Libre, or similar platforms, unless expressly approved by SHARPAL.
4. Brand and Channel Compliance Applicant must agree to follow SHARPAL’s brand guidelines, product presentation standards, authorized-channel requirements, and other lawful dealer program terms. Dealers remain independent businesses and are responsible for setting their own resale prices.
5. Valid Business Information Applicant may be required to provide business registration information, website or store details, resale certificate, VAT/GST/tax ID, or other supporting documents depending on the market.
6. Market Responsibility SHARPAL supports dealer applications from both U.S. and international markets. Applicants must comply with applicable local laws, import regulations, tax obligations, consumer protection rules, and product compliance requirements in the markets where they operate.
7. Long-Term Partnership Commitment SHARPAL prefers to work with dealers who can actively promote the brand, maintain appropriate inventory, provide customer support, and build a long-term business relationship.
