How do I use the fire starter on SHARPAL 101N?

Pull the fire starter quickly through the No. 1 CARBIDE slot. When using it for the first time, several pulls may be needed to remove the outer black coating. Once the coating is removed, sparks should be generated as the fire starter scrapes across the crossed carbide blades.

Can I buy replacement fire starters for SHARPAL 101N separately?

Replacement fire starters are currently not sold separately. 101N-G versions include two fire starters.
